There are many types of meditation and various ways to meditate, moreover what does meditation mean to you?

Meditation can be used to help relax, reduce anxiety and stress, it is also a great tool to use to enhance your life and bring in more grace and calm day to day. There are many studies to show the benefits of meditation, it has been used for centuries and is ever increasing in popularity for a reason, it works.  With the increase of stress in our lives generally, and the awareness we have around more mental health issues, a simple daily practice of meditation can help support you to perform at your best.

Meditation is not one size fits all and there are many different ways to meditate.  I invite you to explore meditation, in a fun and playful way with me at The Salt Spot.  I doesn’t have to take a lot of time and it doesn’t have to be hard.  Everyone can meditation, it’s just finding the right one for you.

I will guide you on a 4-part meditation series every fortnight over a 2 month period.  Each series will be journey to explore various meditation techniques and styles. Find what type of meditation you like, have fun, meet lovely people,learn something new or deepen you’re own connection in meditation. Between classes you will have time to play with each technique in your own space and create an ongoing practice for yourself.  The classes are for all levels, your journey will be unique to you.

It will be fun, it will be interactive, it will be insightful,  it will be relaxing, it will open you to new possibilities and it will be playful.

To end the year I am doing a special  3 class meditation series designed to soften and untangle your body and mind, preparing you for a calm and peaceful Christmas. We’ll meditate for 40 minutes in the soothing environment of the salt room – you’ll feel relaxed simply by being here.
